Free Spay/Neuter for DuPage County Residents

Helping pets stay healthy and at home

A.D.O.P.T.’s Community Clinic partners with DuPage County Animal Services to provide free spay/neuter for qualified low-income families. Please contact DuPage County Animal Services to see if you qualify.

This program brings healing and relief to our community—helping shelters save more lives, easing the burden on families, and giving pets the health benefits of spay/neuter. It also allows A.D.O.P.T. to continue providing affordable, compassionate care where it’s needed most.

Spay & Neuter Fees

We offer special pricing for veterans and individuals receiving disability, Social Security, or Link benefits—because every family deserves access to compassionate care.

Cost includes pain medication
*Dogs weighing over 100lbs will incur an additional cost of $25.
Note: Additional charges may be incurred for a non-routine spay/neuter. The total cost will be provided to you the day of surgery.
