Cat of the week: Heidi
Heidi is a 4 year old brown tabby cat who was pregnant when she was found and went into foster care. On March 16, 2012, she gave birth to 3 kittens, two of which had birth defects. ALL 3 kittens found their forever homes and NOW it is Heidi's turn. She is affectionate and social and in her own way loves to hang around people. She needs time to warm up to you. Being very talkative, this sweet lady will purr her way into your heart.

Dog of the Week: Howie
Howie is a cute 1-½ year old hound mix, who arrived at ADOPT in September 2013. During his stay, Howie has been working on his manners and some commands. He enjoys his daily walks and is still learning how to walk nice on a leash. He is very active and energetic and requires obedience training, a fenced in yard and plenty of exercise. He is a wonderful and smart boy that has the potential to become an obedience star.
